WISP Call Center and Technical Support

Give your wireless subscribers a support team that understands the difference between a home Wi-Fi problem and an access-network issue. TurnkeyISP provides remote call answering and technical support for WISPs and fixed wireless providers, using your tools and escalation procedures.

Help with the issues wireless subscribers report

A subscriber reporting slow speeds may be describing a Wi-Fi coverage problem, a disconnected device, or a service issue that needs a local technician. Our support workflow starts with gathering the symptoms and checking the information available in your systems.

  • Connection, router, and home Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • Subscriber and service checks using the access you authorize
  • Clear notes about symptoms, checks, and next steps

Work within your network and support process

TurnkeyISP works with equipment and systems used by wireless providers, including MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Cambium, Sonar, and Splynx. During onboarding, we confirm which platforms your team uses, the actions support staff may take, and the information that should be captured in each ticket.

  • Your subscriber records and ticketing workflow
  • Your troubleshooting runbooks and approved remote actions
  • Your criteria for dispatching a field technician

Keep local work with the people who can perform it

A tower visit, damaged cable, or equipment replacement still needs the appropriate local team. Remote support documents the investigation and follows your escalation path so that your staff can pick up the issue with context. Monitoring and outage coordination can also be discussed as part of NOC coverage.

Prepare the service handoff

Define how subscriber troubleshooting is recorded and when a ticket should reach your local team. Useful handoff fields include:

  • Subscriber symptoms and service affected
  • Connection, router, and home Wi-Fi checks completed
  • Approved remote actions taken and their outcome
  • Reason for escalation and the next local contact

Agree where these records are kept, who owns the next action, and how open work is handed to the next shift. Confirm access permissions and escalation contacts before support starts.

Common questions

Can this complement our existing support team?

Yes. Discuss the hours and types of calls you want TurnkeyISP to handle alongside your in-house staff. Coverage and handoff procedures are agreed during onboarding.

Does remote support replace field service?

No. Problems that require an installation, repair, or site visit are documented and escalated to the local team under your procedures.
