TurnkeyISP · ServerPlus alternative
Looking for a ServerPlus alternative? Stop paying for the same problem twice.
TurnkeyISP works directly in your ISP’s ticketing system. Our shared call center groups repeat calls about the same issue into one billable ticket—and multiple subscriber calls about the same outage into one ticket.
- Direct ticket entry in your systems.
- One ticket for repeat contacts about the same issue.
- Dedicated staff available for continuing follow-up.
A 15-minute introduction to discuss your coverage, workload, and billing questions.
Compare what happens to your bill during an outage.
A low advertised rate tells you little until you know what creates a charge. Review minimums, repeated contacts, call duration, and outage treatment. Then include the time your local staff spend correcting notes or completing unfinished work.
TurnkeyISP’s shared call center bills per ticket. Dedicated staffing is hourly; Shared NOC scope and pricing are separate. Choose the service around the work you need covered.
Illustrative example: one outage, 100 subscriber calls
Suppose an upstream outage generates 100 calls from affected subscribers. This hypothetical example shows the shared call center’s billing principle; it is not a customer case study or a price quote.

| Outage activity | TurnkeyISP shared call center treatment |
|---|---|
| Multiple subscribers report the same outage | One billable outage ticket |
| Subscribers call again about that same outage | Calls remain associated with the same outage |
| A caller reports an unrelated issue | Evaluate as a separate issue |
| Your team needs proactive carrier coordination | Discuss Shared NOC scope separately |
Bring a past outage to the conversation. Ask how the issue is identified, how calls are associated with it, and how the policy appears on an invoice. Confirm those definitions in your agreement.
Keep the investigation in your ticketing system.
A subscriber calls again. Your staff should be able to find the previous symptoms, checks, and next action without copying notes from another portal. TurnkeyISP records support work in your system and coordinates with your team through group chat.
Establish the required fields and escalation contacts before calls move. Review a complete workflow in your platform, from the incoming request to the handoff.
Put follow-up on someone’s task list.
An incoming call queue does not automatically cover a continuing task list. Dedicated ISP staffing can handle agreed subscriber follow-up, scheduling, and remote administrative work during assigned hours. After-hours and overflow support covers the incoming calls you choose to route.
Three questions worth bringing to the call
- What did our last outage cost, including local staff time?
- How are repeat contacts and unrelated issues distinguished?
- Which unfinished tasks need a dedicated person rather than shared call coverage?
Switching questions
Can we compare costs using our actual invoice?
Bring your coverage requirements, call or ticket volumes, and examples of repeat contacts or outages. Discuss the same workload under TurnkeyISP’s proposal, including minimums and any separately scoped services. A useful comparison includes the work your own staff still perform.
What are the minimum commitment and cancellation terms?
Your proposal and agreement establish those terms. Ask for minimum charges, notice periods, setup costs, and cancellation conditions before committing; this page does not quote a standard contract term.
Do we have to replace our phone system?
Your phone system forwards the selected calls to TurnkeyISP. Establish routing, caller identification, the company greeting, and the conditions for overflow during setup.
Can we start with evenings or overflow?
Yes. Agree which hours and call types TurnkeyISP will cover while your internal team continues its existing role. Set the handoff for open tickets and current outages.
What will onboarding require from us?
Prepare your service information, ticketing access, authorized actions, and escalation contacts. Agree required notes, group chat coordination, routing, and commercial terms before forwarding calls. The launch schedule depends on the setup you need.
